A new paper was published on 21 June, World ALS/MND Day.

21 June is World ALS/MND Day.
ALS: What is Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis?
The brain remains unaffected and the ability to think and do things remains intact, but the motor nerves of the whole body, which used to move, stop working and the muscles become atrophied.
It is a severe disease that can lead to immobility in approximately two to five years, putting the patient’s life in danger.
We have published this paper in the hope that the treatment of ALS will be widely known and lead to hope.
Please read it.
※ALS is a form of MND (motor neurone disease).
